I'm a divorced professional working mother of two who loves to read and write.  I've had my share of ups and downs in relationships, careers, and motherhood.  I love sharing my life lessons in all areas of my life from parenthood to careers.  I'm a certified Human Resource professional through Society of Human Resource Management.  I'm also certified in Public Housing Management and grant writing.  I direct and manage Human Services/Resources and Housing Administration at a local Housing Authority.

I recently conducted a seminar at the Michigan Affordable Housing Conference on Self Sufficiency.  I absolutely love helping people...but my heart goes out to single moms struggling to make ends meet.  My article, "Courage to Move On"  was published in ALIVE NOW magazine. I have a Bachelor's in HR and a Master's in Public Administration.  My first posted hubs about my single life experiences and dating (was therapeutic writing), however I invite you to keep reading my hubs as I'll be focusing on poetry, parenting, policy administration, and self sufficiency tools.
